Awe Inspiring Journeys provides travel planning, booking, and guiding services. All travel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to departure incur a 25% penalty. Cancellations within 90 days are subject to full forfeiture unless covered by travel insurance.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Travelers are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including weather, political situations, or natural disasters.

7. Health and Safety

Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate. We reserve the right to exclude participants who pose a risk to themselves or others.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
